SSDPro-ExhaustTM - Shipping, Payment and Returns Policies


Payment Policies

SSDPro-ExhaustTM gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Customers in the United States can use this website's fully automated payment processing system for expedited order processing. Customers in the US also have the option of submitting payment via PayPal, as well as by check or money order.

Customers outside the US have the option of submitting payment via PayPal, if your country is supported by PayPal, or by check or money order.

All orders being shipped to addresses within New York State will be assessed NYS tax. All orders picked up at our will-call counter will be assessed NYS sales tax, regardless of citizenship.

All Canadian orders will be shipped with a NAFTA certificate to exclude from import duty, but all other charges applied by the Canadian government such as GST and brokerage fees will be assessed where applicable. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents - your order will be refused.

Shipping Policies

All Deliveries to the United States and Canada will be made by UPS. You will be quoted the shipping cost and presented with delivery options at the time of checkout. See our shipping calculator for estimated shipping quotes before ordering.

Outside the US and Canada, shipping options displayed on this website are estimated only. If this website is unable to automatically estimate shipping to your country, shipping will be estimated upon order receipt.

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of payment receipt, pending stock availability. Overnight and Express orders are given priority processing.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of order receipt. First call UPS to report the damage, then contact our Customer Service department.

Return Policies

SSDPro-ExhaustTM will accept returns on any item sold by the company excluding electrical/electronic items, tools, service manuals, engines, and items special ordered for a period of 30 days from date of shipment.

A 15% restocking charge (minimum $25) will be imposed unless item was shipped in error by the Company.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items must be returned prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Any part sold as "used" or "as-is" is not returnable.

To return an item, prior approval must be made by email. Contact Customer Service for assistance.

"Attn: Returns Dept" must be written on the package and on any correspondence pertaining to the return.

Only new/unused, un-installed items may be considered for return. The Company reserves the right to refuse return credit on any item deemed to be damaged or once installed by the customer.

No return on any electrical items. Items purchased from a dealer of the Company must be returned to the dealer, and abide by the return policy of the dealer.

Approved returns will be refunded by Company check within 30 days.

Core Returns

All cores must be returned PREPAID to our published address marked "Attn: Core Return Dept." WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIP DATE, UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL IS OBTAINED.

Cores must be in rebuildable condition, complete-no broken or missing parts. For injection pumps, the shaft must spin by hand with light resistance.

Cores must be of same model as item purchased. Examples are if you buy a GM-8 Turbo, a GM-8 Turbo must be returned for core deposit refund. If you buy a 4911 injection pump, a 4911 must be returned for core deposit refund. The only exception is with Marine Injector cores. Any model stock 6.5 injector may be returned.

Serial number tags must be still attached where applicable.

ALL CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, INVOICE, AND CORE RETURN FORM. CORES RETURNED WITH NO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REFUSED AND NO CREDIT ISSUED

Core credit will be paid by Company Check issued within 30 days of receipt of core.

Cores received after 30 days (excluding ECM's) from date of shipment will be accepted for store credit only, no refund will be issued.

ECM cores will not be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be assess a 5% processing fee, minimum $25 to cover our costs.

Orders cancelled after being shipped (even if en route) are subject to our return policies, listed above.

Cancelled orders will be refunded by Company check within 30 days.
